What are the delivery times?

We ship worldwide. Your orders are processed and then shipped by our logistics partner in 1 to 3 working days.

Your package will be delivered within 24 to 72 hours from the shipping date.

What are the delivery costs in France?

Standard delivery in France without signature is charged €3 for orders under €50 and free beyond this amount.

What are the delivery costs in the European Union?

Standard delivery in the EU without signature is charged €3 for orders under €50 and free beyond this amount.

What are the delivery costs outside the European Union?

Outside the EU, standard delivery within the EU without signature is charged €5 for orders under €50 and free beyond this amount.

What are the customs delivery costs in Switzerland and the United Kingdom?

In the UK, customs charges apply for all orders over £135.

In Switzerland, customs clearance fees apply.

The amount depends on the origin and the VAT value of the shipment (the value of the goods subject to VAT).

Can we return an item?

We accept returns within 14 days. We accept items in perfect conditions in their original packaging.
